About Me
Empowering My People
EMP is a community-based, nonprofit personal and career development coaching and consulting organization in Gaffney, SC. We also work with the community to provide culturally appropriate social, economic, educational, and health services to individuals and families. By integrating clinical expertise, professional training and family support and guided by our own individual research and adopted spiritual principles; we help the individual create a plan that we call "The Blueprint For Success".
Through our unique coaching and consulting program and other community resources, we would like to help you overcome the obstacles that are standing in the way of you achieving your goals.

We Can Help
Are you currently making poor decisions that not only affect you but others you love?
Feeling “stuck” in your current life circumstances? Homeless or experiencing obstacles to living independently?
Consistently relying on family/friends for support?
Encountering difficulty in finding or keeping employment?
In transition—either young adult transitioning from high school to college or the workforce, or other an adult experiencin g a time of life transition?
Having personal or academic issues in school or with making decisions concerning the pursuit of other educational opportunities?
Living with ADD, ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, Tourette’s, Autism Spectrum Disorder, or other learning or behavioral difficulties?
Sick, disabled or have an underlying undiagnosed disability and are either ineligible for government-funded supports or have found government-supported programs to be ineffective? If so, give us a call.

And when did we see you a stranger and welcome you, or naked and clothe you? And when did we see you sick or in prison and visit you?’ And the King will answer them, ‘Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it unto me."
